One of our first large projects out of the gate in 2005 was a 1930’s home off of Augusta road. Large for its time, we doubled the square footage and modernized the home. The first floor was completely reconfigured to encompass living areas, office, gourmet kitchen, and a large master bedroom suite that included a custom 6x6 shower room. The new second floor was added to the house with two large bedrooms, each with its own bath, and a play room overlooking the back yard and newly designed deck. Landscaping and new driveway design were also an element of the project.
