We started this project as a major renovation and custom building project.  A growing family bought their older home with plans to add square footage and fully renovate in the style of the existing structure, but we determined as we moved through the project that it was more cost effective and better met their lifestyle needs to destroy and rebuild the home on the property.  Our team took major effort to build the home fully modernized with all the details expected in today's new custom homes but in a visual style reminiscent of the older homes of the neighborhood.  The result is a home that has the neighborhood as pleased as the family who now calls it their own.
